Theme for a technologically advanced city of whales! Made for Redline's Monthly Composing Challenge #6.

This track was made to be an area theme for a city of whales with advanced technology. The prompt was to use a specific recurring motif, which I incorporated into the main sections of the song, as well as the interim section. Inspiration comes from the song Termite Capitol by Tristan Alric (Bug Fables soundtrack).
